There are a number of items on the site which are too heavy and bulky to transport using our standard courier service. These items are marked for your attention and may be subject to a delivery surcharge. We will notify you of this via phone or email before we despatch the item(s)

Returns

Please follow the list below for ALL returns

1. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) being returned and the reason you wish to return them.
2. Please email us online@contemp.com or phone customer services on 0845 504 6303
3. Please arrange a courier at your own cost and send the item(s) back to ourselves, please return ALL item(s) in their original condition with all packaging
4. We will despatch a replacement or process a refund once we have received the goods back
